Hope Technologies

Mobile Games Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

1. Who We Are

Hope Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile games. This Mobile Games Privacy Policy explains our approach to information processed when you install, access, or play mobile games published by Hope Technologies.

Contact: hopesoftworks@gmail.com. Location: Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Which Games This Policy Covers

This policy applies to Hope Technologies mobile games that link to it. Each game may use different features, permissions, and service providers. Before a particular game is released, its Google Play listing and, where necessary, a game-specific privacy notice will identify its actual data practices.

This policy does not mean that every type of information or every provider described below is used in every game. Our website has a separate privacy policy at https://hopetechnologies.online/privacy-policy.html.

3. Information That May Be Processed

Depending on the game and its enabled services, the following categories of information may be collected or processed: (a) game activity such as gameplay events, progress, session duration, achievements, and in-game preferences; (b) device and app data such as operating-system version, device model, app version, language, and performance diagnostics; (c) identifiers such as app-instance identifiers or Android advertising identifiers, where applicable and permitted; (d) approximate location inferred from IP address, where relevant to advertising, fraud prevention, or service operation; (e) crash logs, error reports, and related diagnostic data; (f) advertising events such as impressions and ad interactions; (g) purchase and entitlement information if a game offers purchases; and (h) information you voluntarily send to support, such as your email address, message, or screenshots.

Some games may save progress and preferences only on your device. A game that includes cloud saves, login, multiplayer, or social features may process additional account identifiers or gameplay data; such processing must be disclosed in that game’s specific notice and Play Console declarations. We do not assume these features are present in every game.

4. How Information May Be Used

Where the relevant feature or service is enabled, information may be used to operate and maintain the game; save settings or progress; provide requested support; diagnose crashes and prevent abuse; understand gameplay performance; measure advertising; display ads and, where lawful and enabled, personalize them; validate purchases; and comply with legal obligations.

Advertising personalization, consent options, and identifiers depend on the user’s region, age-related settings, permissions, and the ad services integrated into the particular game.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Service Providers

Some games may display advertising through AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, or advertising networks connected through mediation. When enabled, these providers may process device information, advertising identifiers where available, IP-derived approximate location, usage information, and ad interaction events under their own policies. The exact parties vary by game and configuration.

Some games may use Google Firebase products for analytics, configuration, or crash reporting. Some may use Unity services, Google Play services, or a multiplayer/network provider. These services are not necessarily present in every game. The applicable provider list must be verified against the actual release build before publication.

Provider information: AppLovin — https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/ ; Google — https://policies.google.com/privacy ; Firebase disclosure guidance — https://firebase.google.com/docs/android/play-data-disclosure ; Unity — https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We may disclose information to technical service providers when needed for functions described in this policy, to comply with law, or to protect users and our services. The actual categories of sharing for each app will be reflected in its Google Play Data safety section. We do not claim that all advertising-provider data transfers are purely service-provider processing; classifications must be reviewed per provider and configuration.

6. Permissions and Device Features

Each game requests only permissions associated with its implemented features. Internet access may be used for advertising, analytics, online features, or support. Games that request additional permissions or access to sensitive device data must explain the purpose in the game and in appropriate privacy disclosures.

We do not state that a permission is absent from every game without reviewing that game’s final Android manifest and bundled SDKs.

7. Children and Families

Our games may have different intended audiences. The age group for each game is identified in its Google Play listing. Games directed to children, or games that include children in their target audience, must use appropriate SDKs, advertising settings, and privacy protections under applicable law and Google Play Families requirements.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us inappropriately, contact us using the details below. We will review the request and take appropriate steps. No particular game should be described as suitable for children until its audience, advertising configuration, and policy requirements are confirmed.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Contact us at hopesoftworks@gmail.com with the game title and a description of your request. We may need information to verify your request and locate the relevant data.

You may be able to limit advertising personalization through the applicable in-game privacy controls and Android privacy settings. These options do not necessarily stop all ads or all processing necessary to operate a service. If a game provides an account, we will provide an accessible account-deletion mechanism and explain any legally necessary retention.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including game operation, support, security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Actual retention periods depend on the particular game and third-party providers, whose independent retention practices may apply.

When a verified deletion request applies to information controlled by Hope Technologies, we will delete or de-identify that information unless a legal exception applies. For information controlled independently by an advertising or analytics provider, users may also need to exercise rights with that provider.

10. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we control. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Games and supporting services may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable legal protections. We will verify security representations such as encryption in transit before selecting them in each game’s Google Play Data safety form.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices, service providers, games, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised text with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
